Starter: Yogurt Potato Cutlets.

This recipe is for 6 Cutlets. It is quite easy and very delightful for appetizer and main course of meal. This recipe is of Pakistani Desi Cuisine.

1/2kg potato (boil and then mashed)
2 tablespoon yogurt
1 tablespoon grinned white cumin seed
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon garam masala (*blend of hot spices)
4 tablespoon green coriander (chopped)
3 medium green chilies (chopped)
1 tablespoon redchilliy powder
2 eggs beaten
salt, bread crumbs, oil (depends on taste)

Add Yogurt, salt, redchilliy powder, white cumin seed, garlic paste, garam masala, green coriander, and green chilies into mashed potatoes and mix all with mashed potato
Make round shape like cutlets
Heat oil in fry-pan
Dip cutlet in beaten eggs and then coat with bread crumbs
Fry both sides of cutlet's till it becomes golden brown in color
